Good turnout for Logos Hope: Over 14,000 visitors so far!

There has been a great turnout for the Logos Book Ship since it opened its doors to the public on Thursday,
January 21 of last week.
   It is reported that, approximately 14,000 person has visited the book ship which is said to
since opening, with thousands more expected to show up
within the coming weeks.
   Ms. Amy Walker, Project Manager, in an interview
said, “We are doing well, better than the last visit and I
hope more people will come and I trust they’ll enjoy their
time. The early bird offer that we had on the Weekend
was taken full advantage of by our customers. We are
also having school visits this week and a youth event this Friday by local bands.”


   The lines flow is said, to be speedy and persons enjoy touring the ship once they are onboard, also families love the treats that are offered, like the theatre which is always on and also the many variety food being sold onboard. 
   The Logos also entertain persons in lines entering the ship, by having band drummers, singers and dance all of different cultures which are done by crew members. This is known as a Key Side programme and is on during weekends.
   The Logos Book Ship is said to contain more than 7500 books of different varieties that cover a range of subjects,
such as science, hobbies, religion, sports, children’s
book, atlases and more. The ship is expected to stay in
the MoBay until February 15, where it would depart the
following day to the Caribbean Cement Pier in Rockfort,
Kingston.
