International Worship Centre & Faith Ministries was founded in May 1998, was born out of a vision God gave to the Pastor, the Rev. Dr. Frank Rosewelt. He is the founder, president, visionary and senior pastor of the ministry, and his darling wife Hope, is the associate pastor.

Dr. Rosewelt has ministered both as a pastor and evangelist for over 17 years, carrying out pastoral duties for over 10 years in two mainline denominations. He has also ministered extensively in revival services both in and out of Jamaica. He recently founded the International Worship Centre & Faith Ministries in West Palm Beach, Florida, in the USA. The gifts of healing and the working of miracles have become very prominent in his ministry.
Dr. Rosewelt studied at the Caribbean Wesleyan Bible College where he obtained a Diploma in Theology. In 2005 he was honoured with a Doctor of Divinity Degree from the Emmanuel University in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. His passion is teaching and preaching about the Kingdom of God becoming a living reality in the lives of individuals.
Pastor Hope Rosewelt is a teacher of the word, an intercessor, director of the Ministry's 'Family Life Ministry', among other things. A past student of the Montego Bay High School and a graduate of the University of the West Indies with a B.Sc. Degree in Natural Science, she served the National Water Commission (NWC), as the Chief Scientific Officer, responsible for water quality in the western half of the island for over 17 years.
Pastor Hope is keen on Family Life and uses every opportunity to teach the principles of God, as it relates to this topic. She is often invited by various ministries to share the word or to give motivational speeches. Her
selfless contributions to the ministry are held in high regards. She is well known and respected in the Christian community as a woman of integrity and virtue. She is an admirably recognized singer with a heart and passion
for the lost.
The ministry moved from 18 East Street, in Montego Bay in March 2008, to its present permanent location at 59 Mt. Salem Main Road, in the community of Mt. Salem, Montego Bay. Pastors. Frank and Hope minister to a congregation of over 400 residents of Montego Bay and its environs. The Healing and Deliverance ministry held Tuesdays at 11 a.m., see people who are oppressed, depressed, abused, broken-hearted, broke, busted and disgusted, come to experience the life changing power of God. Many are the testimonies of healing and deliverance from various sicknesses, diseases and demonic oppression, as the mighty and powerful works of God truly authenticate the ministers and ministry.
The Vision Statement of the Ministry affirms that, "The International Worship Center is a ministry founded on Biblical principles. We are committed to declare the 'Gospel of The Kingdom of God' through preaching and teaching God's word to all humanity. We endeavour to offer up prayer of deliverance for the sick and those who are oppressed; to minister to our communities to restore values and respect, and in such ways as to alleviate sufferings and distress through social outreach programmes, to serve in a .spirit of excellence,
dignity and integrity as believers or the word of God and followers of our Lord Jesus, that the world may know and believe upon God." Dr. and Mrs. Rosewelt have been married for the past 20 years. Their union has produced two daughters, Joanna and Debrah-Ann.
