[COURTHOUSE]:::HEARING CONTINUES IN MURDER CASE

The Montego Bay RM Court on Wednesday, February 24 continued to hear legal arguments in Shannon Sterling's murder case.

   The eyewitness in the case gave sworn evidence. 

   Sterling, a.k.a. 'Ma-Ma' of Hendon Norwood, St. James is accused of killing Rohan Findlay, also of Hendon Norwood.
   Sterling will remain behind bars until March 22 when the preliminary inquiry will continue.
   Findlay was reportedly shot to death at his home on October 11, 2009 about 1pm in the presence of a family member.
   It is alleged that a man, who he referred to as 'Ma-Ma' entered the house with a firearm and fired in his direction before fleeing the scene.
   Findlay who had sustained a gunshot wound died in the Cornwall Regional Hospital.
