No. 60 Monday, March 1, 2010
A 19-year-old St. Catherine man who reportedly went inside the Fontana Pharmacy and stole a bottle of Rum Cream and a bottle of Alize has been sentenced to a twoyear supervised probation.

Kemar Warsop who resides at a St. Catherine address, pleaded guilty to simple larceny.
Sentence was handed down by Senior Resident Magistrate Vivienne Harris in the Montego Bay RM Court on Wednesday, February 24.
Reports are that on December 16, 2009, the security guard was on duty at the pharmacy when the buzzer went off.
Warsop, who was exiting the building at that point, was accosted and a bag he had in his possession was searched.
The bag was reportedly found to contain a bottle of Rum Cream and a bottle of Alize valuing over $2,000.
Warsop, who could not produce a receipt, told the security guard that his friends had instructed him to take the items as well as to inform him that they attended the pharmacy before and took things as well.
The security guard then called Hawkeye security who came and took the accused to the cm office.
   He was arrested and charged.
