A full house on Saturday night, Feb. 6, 2010 greeted this year's staging of the Black and White party at the Caribbean Showplace on the Old Sugar Mill Road in Ironshore, Montego Bay.
A full house on Saturday night, Feb. 6, 2010 greeted this year's staging of the Black and White party at the Caribbean Showplace on the Old Sugar Mill Road in Ironshore, Montego Bay.
The event lived up to his billing, but popular promoter and businessman, Sonny Ranking was peeved with just one little thing. "ZJ Liquid called at the last minute to say that he was nominated for an award in Kingston and opted to attend the award ceremony instead," bemoans the no-nonsense promoter. "Of course that was a situation beyond my control."
Every other billed act attended and gave a good account including Dexta Peppa, Krazy Kris and Pure Playazz, Rebel T, Full Blast and Introtek.
Once more, the promoter is showing gratitude to every single person involved in the success of the party. These include the entertainers, the security, patrons, media, his entire staff and the sponsors: Cash Smart, Mello FM, Klick TV, Pitbull, CEE TV, I LUV TV, Yardy Vibes, Linkz FM and Enixem Production.
"United we stand, divided we fall; say yes to peace and no to war; unity is strength," the promoter said at the end of the interview.
